For Ur Wedding Bestie, all of our products are digital, including Wedding website templates, Save the Date templates, and customized digital designs. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all purchases are generally final once the product has been accessed or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please take a moment to review the product description and details before placing your order. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to contact us before purchasing — we're always happy to help.

Digital Products

Once your digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Deciding not to use the product
Purchasing the wrong product
Not using the template
Compatibility issues with your own device, software, or account
Misunderstanding a product feature that was clearly stated in the product description

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom Orders

For customized wedding websites or other personalized designs, we begin working on your order based on the information and preferences you provide.

Because each custom design is created specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable once the design process has started, except where required by law.

We will work with you through the revision process to make sure the final design matches your vision. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and complete before we begin.

Issues With Your Digital Order

If something isn't working as expected, please don't worry — we're here to help.

You cannot access your digital product
Your files are missing or incomplete
You received the wrong product
A file is corrupted or not working properly
Your customized design contains an error on our part

Please email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Where possible, we will fix the problem, resend the correct files, or restore access to your product.

Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

Please carefully check the information you submit for your order or customization.

If a mistake is made because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by you, we may not be able to offer a refund. For customized orders, additional charges may apply if substantial changes are requested after the design has been completed.

Sale & Discounted Products

Sale and promotional items are subject to the same refund policy as our regular digital products. Discounted or promotional purchases are not refundable, except where required by law.

Exchanges

As our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different template or product, you are welcome to place a new order.
