What can I customize?
You can personalize your website directly in Canva using simple drag-and-drop tools. You can change:

Do I need Canva Pro?
No! A free Canva account is all you need to edit and publish this template.
How do I create my wedding website?
After purchasing, you’ll receive a PDF with your Canva template link and step-by-step instructions.
Simply open the template in Canva, replace the sample content with your own details and photos, then publish it when you're ready. Canva will create a website link that you can share with your guests.
No coding or design experience is needed!
Can I change the website URL?
Yes! When publishing your website through Canva, you can use a free Canva website address and customize the available URL.
If you already own a domain, you may also be able to connect it to your Canva website.
Can I add my own music?
Yes! The template features an interactive vinyl record that you can customize with your own music.
You need to upload your song as an MP4 video. Your guests will need to tap or click the vinyl record to start playing, as Canva automatically mutes autoplay videos.
* Please note that music only plays on pages with the vinyl and cannot continue playing across different pages.
How does the RSVP work?
The Canva RSVP form is fully customizable, so you can add questions that fit your wedding, such as attendance, dietary restrictions, plus-one information, song requests, and guest details.
You can also use Google Forms or any external RSVP platform like Zola or The Knot — simply add its shareable link to your Canva website.
How can I view RSVP responses?
If you use the default Canva RSVP form, your guests’ responses will be automatically collected in a sheet and can be viewed directly in Canva with just a few clicks. A step-by-step tutorial is included in the PDF guide you’ll receive after purchase.
If you used Google Forms, all guest responses will be automatically collected under the Responses tab in Google Forms.
Can I change the flowers and decorative elements?
Most decorative elements can be moved, removed, or replaced with your own Canva graphics.
Please note that some floral decorations are photographed image assets, so they may not be individually recolorable like standard Canva elements. You can still remove them or replace them with other graphics.
Can I make a different version for another language?
Yes! You have a couple of options.
You can create different language pages within the same website, or duplicate the entire website and make a separate version for each language. If you got into any trouble, please contact me and I will help you with it!
Can I personalize the website for each guest?
The template is designed as a general wedding website rather than an individually personalized invitation.
You can manually create personalized versions by duplicating the website and changing the guest's name, but Canva does not currently offer automatic guest-name personalization for this type of website.
Can I link this template to Zola, The Knot, or WithJoy?
Yes! You can link your Canva website to external websites such as Zola, The Knot, WithJoy,... to redirect guests from Canva to these website.
However, the Canva template cannot be uploaded or edited directly on these wedding website platforms.
How do I share my website with guests?
Once your website is published, simply send your unique link to your guests through:

You can also turn your website link into a QR code and add it to your Save the Dates or printed invitations.
Will the website work on phones?
Yes! The template is designed to be beautifully viewed on both mobile and desktop, so your guests can easily access your wedding details from their phones.
How will I receive my purchase?
This is a digital download. After purchasing, you'll immediately receive a PDF containing your Canva template link and detailed instructions.
There is no physical item shipped to you.
Can I use the template more than once?
Yes! You can reuse the template as many times as you’d like. Simply return to the PDF guide, click “Open Here,” and create a new copy of the template whenever you need one.
Please note that a free Canva account can have up to 5 active websites at a time. So if you need more copies, a Pro account is required!
Important: You may not resell, share, distribute, or use the original template for commercial purposes.
