1. Our Products

Ur Wedding Bestie provides digital wedding products and services, including wedding website templates, Save the Date templates, and customized digital designs.

No physical products are shipped unless specifically stated.

We do our best to accurately show and describe our products. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and digital products may require specific software, accounts, or platforms to use.

2. Orders & Digital Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital product will be delivered through the method stated on the product page or sent to the email address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that you have any required account or software needed to access and edit your purchase.

For custom orders, work will begin based on the information and materials you provide. Please make sure all details, wording, photos, and other information you submit are accurate.

3. Custom Designs

Custom designs are created specifically based on your ideas, preferences, and information.

We may contact you to confirm details before starting your design. Revisions are included according to the package you purchase.

Once a custom design has been completed and approved, significant changes or new requests may require an additional fee.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are shown on our website and may change at any time.

Because our products are digital, all purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Custom orders are also non-refundable once the design process has started, except where required by applicable law.

All designs, graphics, templates, text, images, and other content remain the property of Ur Wedding Bestie or their respective licensors.

When you provide us with photos, wording, wedding details, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use and share those materials with us.

We use your content only as needed to provide the requested service, unless you give us permission to use it for another purpose.

Some of our products may require third-party platforms such as Canva or other services to access or edit.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, account restrictions, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for having and maintaining any required third-party account.
